The staff at ADOV believes that great skin starts at home.  In order to prolong the results of any treatments you may have, and maintain or correct the state of your skin now, you must follow an at-home protocol suited to your skin type and goals.  We carry products by Skin Medica, Obagi, Vivite, M.D. Forte, Avene and Glytone.

Skin Medica

Skin Medica is one of the top medical grade skin care companies on the market today. Products are clinically proven to provide results and are devised to cause as little irritation to the skin as possible.  Whether you are looking for an antioxidant, exfoliant, or a good cleanser, Skin Medica has something for you.

Obagi

Obagi is a leader in corrective skin care.  The Nu-Derm Kit System fades sun and age spots, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, softens rough skin, helps with skin laxity (sagging), redness, sallowness (uneven, dull complextion), and evens out skin tone.  We also offer Obagi's ELASTIderm eye cream and ELASTIderm decolletage for the Neck and Chest.  Products from the Nu-Derm Kit can also be bought separately as needed.

Vivite

Vivite uses GLX Technology, an ultra-charged formula matrix that helps infuse the anti-aging benefits of a glycolic compound bound with antioxidants deep into the skin. 

MD Forte

MD Forte is a personalized skin care regimen that merges science and beauty with exceptional results. The  skin care system is your key to healthier, younger-looking skin. MD Forte products utilize glycolic acid (an alpha hydroxy acid found in sugar cane) in levels 2 to 3 times the strength found in most products. These physician-strength formulations are perfect for restorative or pre-operation treatments.

Avene

Refresh, renew and rejuvenate with Avene's spectacular range of healing and soothing formulations. In Avêne, France, lies a thermal spring with water full of remarkable softening and healing properties. The Avêne Dermatological Hydrotherapy Center was established on this spot in 1743, and dermatologists have been studying the properties of the spring water ever since. Thousands of clients are referred to the Avene Center each year, where they undergo a progressive three-week skin treatment.

Glytone

We offer a range of supplemental products by Glytone including sunscreen, Back Acne Spray, Shave Cream and Heel and Elbow Cream. 

Latisse

Latisse is the first and only FDA-approved prescription treatment used to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker, and darker.  The solution is painted on the skin at the base of the lashes once a day, like liquid eyeliner.  Latisse is believe to prolong the anagen phase (active growth phase), thought the exact way it works is unknown.

At the end of Latisse’s 16-week clinical study, 78% of patients averaged a 25% gain in lash length, an 18% increase in darkness, and a 106% jump in fullness.  The onset of these effects; however, is gradual.  In the clinical trial, the majority of Latisse users saw significant improvement by 2 months.  Latisse requires a prescription from your doctor, but can be purchased in our office.
